Any data or information submitted to us via forms on the website may be retained indefinitely. Data gathered during any services that we provide, will also be retained indefinitely.
What rights you have over your data
Upon request, we will delete any personal identifying information we have on file. Data gathered during our services may contain personal identifiable information, however we will happily anonymize this data upon request. Information or data acquired during our services, such as the results of a Fighting Rifle Inspection, are the sole property of Sempratus Arms in perpetuity, and are not eligible for deletion. Basically, we will gather data about the rifles that we service, and we will use that data to help us improve our offerings and advice.
