Exclusions & Exceptions

Cosmetic Damage

We guarantee that the f*%#ing thing will work, not win a fashion show. If it’s our fault and we ding up your gun, we’ll make it right. Exclusions are listed below.

  • Wear on the buffer face.
  • Rust on Sprinco Action Springs
Normal wear and tear

If you shoot your gun like you should, eventually that gas port is gonna make the Grand Canyon jealous, and that H or H2 buffer ain’t gonna cut it anymore. If that happens, we’re happy to hook you up with an H3, and we might even do it at our cost (because you’re awesome if you get to this point), but this one isn’t because we screwed up or our part failed.

Wear parts that are  not covered:
  • Extractors
  • Gas rings
  • Cam pins
  • Bolts
  • Firing pins
  • Barrels
  • Any part that was not sold or installed by Sempratus Arms
Wear parts that  are covered if installed by Sempratus Arms:
  • Ejector springs
  • Extractor springs
  • Action Springs
  • Sprinco springs that we installed
You shouldn’t have done that

If parts break or were damaged due to you doing something you really shouldn’t have and it’s really obvious that’s what happened? You’re on your own.

Examples:
  • Running over your gun with a tank
  • Removing and reusing a roll or coil pin
  • Enlarging your gas port
  • Modifying functional components of your gun, that impact the function of your gun, as it was presented to us for service.
  • Keep your gun lubed. We can get you started, but it’s up to you to keep it going.
  • Cleaning your gas tube. Seriously, don’t do that.
  • Aggressive, white glove cleaning of your gun. DO NOT USE METAL BRUSHES ON YOUR AR-15.
  • Yes, we are also talking about brass brushes too. Brass is also metal.
  • Steel scrapers are also metal and are also really dumb. But you’re smart and would never use something like that.
